The unit was tidy and updated with a window. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was fantastic, within close proximity to good restaurants, easy access to public transport, Victoria Station, and within walking distance to St Saviour.

Family room on the upper floors accommodated us perfectly. It was in a marvellous location with Pimlico nearby.

a really nice stay for one night at london westminster comfort inn. our favourite, affordable hotel in london with incredibly nice and pleasant staff. lovely room, clean bathroom. particularly good and adequate breakfasts by the apple juice machine. gorgeous and fab location, minute walk from pimlico, loved this place.

I appreciated staying in this pleasant small hotel. The room was fashionable with own bathroom. There were very good internet and free parking available. The location was marvellous and fab for walking around Pimlico.

There were a storage and a lounge in the room, liked that. Its decoration was nice, the bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep...

Convenient location with an underground station a short walk away. The breakfast here is delicious and comes with juice, croissants, and cooked meats 🥐.

Location, not bad breakfast, cozy little rooms, changed towels and bedding every day.

Location was good

I had a room on the 4th floor which had a weird smell. The TV didn't work and when I complained to the staff they didn't help and didn't seem to care.

Good position; 5 minutes walking from Victoria station. Nice building. Breakfast was good, considering overall rating of the hotel.

The room was not the one I expected (I had a reservation for a twin room en suite, and what I got is a very small room with a single bed stretch near a small queen bed). The bathroom (actually I could't call this way) was less then a 1mt squared. It looked like the toilet of a train or airplane. I was asked to pay as soon as arrived, without seeing the room or being recognized by a ID document. Not a value for money experience at all!

No air condition in the room, they charge for the internet service, breakfast was very poor. I have stayed in cheaper hotels in London that did not charge for internet and breakfast was fresh and much richer.
